Has anyone ever asked why the Office of the Lubbock District Attorney is the only office that answers all the Public Information Act requests for the Office of the Lubbock Medical Examiner?
Many people believe the Lubbock Medical Examiner’s Office should operate separate and apart from the District Attorney’s Office but the Lubbock Commissioners structured it so that both offices inter-acted with each other.
There was an exhumation of the gravesite of Esther Riley. Many government employees would like the public to believe it was a simple disinterment but it was not.
When a Judge orders the Medical Examiner to be at the gravesite and that same Judge orders that Medical Examiner to perform a DNA test, because that Judge believes the wrong body was buried, then it becomes an exhumation.
Exhumation allows the Medical Examiner to have total control.
Disinterment allows the family members to have control.
Judge, Paula Lanehart was the Judge who ordered the Medical Examiner to be at the gravesite located in the City of Lubbock Cemetery and ordered the Medical Examiner to perform a DNA test for conclusive identifications. The gravesite is Esther Riley the mother of Debbie Bartholomew.
After the exhumation of the remains, the remains were supposed to have been transported to the Office of the Lubbock Medical Examiner.
Debbie requested a copy of all records from the Lubbock Medical Examiner’s Office, regarding the exhumation of the body that was in her mother’s grave.
Debbie was told she had to first submit a Public Information Act request.
Debbie was told there was an autopsy performed on the body so she requested a copy of the Autopsy Report and requested a copy of all pictures taken during the autopsy. Debbie wanted to send the pictures to her own forensic pathologist for an honest opinion by now she certainly wasn’t trusting the Lubbock Medical Examiner.
The Lubbock Assistant District Attorney, Donna Clark sent Debbie’s Public Information Act request to the Texas Attorney General for an Opinion Ruling.
The Texas Attorney General wrote the Office of the Lubbock District Attorney and said the Texas Attorney General received and reviewed all the pictures that were taken during the autopsy and made an Opinion Ruling that the public can not have the pictures.
Since the pictures were off limits, Debbie then requested a copy of the Autopsy Report and believe it or not the Lubbock Assistant District Attorney, Donna Clark now has changed her mind and told
Debbie that there is no Autopsy Report because there never was an autopsy.
The Lubbock Assistant District Attorney said she made a mistake. If that is true why did the Texas Attorney General say they received and reviewed the pictures taken during the autopsy?
What did the Texas Attorney General based their Ruling on or did the Texas Attorney General base their Ruling strictly on what they thought the Lubbock District Attorney wanted to hear?
Judge, Paula Lanehart deceived Debbie and turned a simple disinterment into an exhumation to make sure Debbie loses complete control of the remains buried in the gravesite of her mother, Esther Riley.
The Lubbock Medical Examiner violated the Court Order and did not perform a DNA test. Instead the Lubbock Medical Examiner created a false record as the conclusive identification and lied.
Debbie’s concern is; if a body was exhumed, why isn’t there a Chain of Custody record to those remains. There is absolutely no Chain of Custody record. Does anyone know why?
Debbie filed a contempt of court charge against the Lubbock Medical Examiner. Judge, Pat Phelan committed official misconduct through fraud so to cover-up the contempt of court charge. Does anyone know why?
The Office of the Lubbock District Attorney requested the Texas Attorney General to make a fictitious Opinion Ruling which the Texas Attorney General does. Unbelievable.
A policeman at the Lubbock Police Department created a false report so not to take a true complaint from Debbie against Judge, Pat Phelan.
Internal Affairs at the Lubbock Police Department created a false record in order to cover-up the policeman’s wrongdoing who created a false record.
The Lubbock City Mayor, Dan Pope and the Lubbock City Manager Jarrett Atkinson received a complaint from Debbie against the policeman and against Internal Affairs of the Lubbock Police Department and Debbie never received a reply from Dan Pope or from Jarrett Atkinson.
The Lubbock Sheriff’s Office refused to accept a complaint from Debbie against Judge, Pat Phelan.
Lubbock Commissioner, Jason Corley told Debbie and her friend that the Lubbock Medical Examiner does not have any records concerning the body that was exhumed from the gravesite of Esther Riley. Were all those records destroyed?
The Lubbock County Commissioners and the Lubbock County Judge has oversite of the Lubbock Medical Examiner why have they allowed this. Why are they not looking for those records?
Isn’t it against the law to destroy any records that are filed in the Medical Examiner’s Office especially when a crime maybe be involved such as burying the wrong body?
This is a very serious matter. There is no question in many people’s minds that there is a cover-up of the exhumation and the Lubbock County Commissioners are complicit in all this, but why?
Debbie is still waiting for answers from the Lubbock County Judge, Curtis Parrish and Lubbock Commissioner, Chad Seay. How can we make America great again when we can’t even root out corruption in Lubbock,
Texas? If you can help please do.
